Otis développe son activité et recherche un Ingénieur commercial (H/F) pour intégrer sa division Constructions Neuves IDF.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur d'agence, vous commercialisez des appareils neufs dans des bâtiments neufs ou existants.

La finalité de votre poste est de développer votre portefeuille de clients en répondant aux appels d’offres et consultations. Votre rôle consiste également à faire de la prescription et du conseil afin de développer un relationnel fort auprès des bureaux d’études, architectes, promoteurs, et entreprises générales.

Vous avez un objectif de nombre d’appareils et de chiffres d’affaires à réaliser sur votre secteur.

Au quotidien, vos missions sont les suivantes :

1. Développer votre activité et votre chiffre d’affaires par la vente d’appareils neufs en répondant aux appels d’offre de votre périmètre ou en proposant des bilans de patrimoine complets à vos clients existants

2. Apporter votre expertise commerciale en entretenant un relationnel client dynamique et en animant un réseau économique actif sur votre périmètre

3. Assurer l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux qui vous sont attribués dans le respect de la politique commerciale de l’entreprise

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

4. Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac + 5, idéalement en commerce ou équivalent

5. Une première expérience (minimum 2 ans) en vente dans un environnement technique sera appréciée

6. Organisé(e) et autonome, vous avez le goût du challenge

7. Votre écoute client et votre excellence opérationnelle feront la différence
