À PROPOS DU POSTE Intégré(e) à la Direction générale du Brand Home, vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable commercial France et serez en charge du développement du chiffre d’affaires via des actions directes et des partenariats régionaux, nationaux et internationaux pour les marchés FIT & MICE. Vrai représentant de la maison, vous serez toujours à la recherche de moyens pour maximiser les opportunités de fréquentation et de revenus sur les différentes catégories (retail, billeterie, événement, bar). LES MISSIONS : MISSIONS COMMERCIALES: Elaboration et exécution du plan marketing et commercial sur la cible loisir / mice Gestion des relations externes et représentation auprès des partenaires et institutions Gestion du plan promotionnel Gestion de la distribution /relation B2B (hotel, caviste, agence, restaurants, bars) Suivi des performances NSV MISSIONS EVENEMENTIELLES : Traitement des demandes et élaboration devis Définition des événements avec le s clients Suivi adminsitratiif de chaque événement Représentation salon et actions de promotion MISSIONS MARKETING: Création de contenus promotionnels Rédaction d’offres promotionnelles Animation base clients CRM (Newsletter, phoning…) À PROPOS DE VOUS De formation supérieure type Ecole de Commerce ou Université (Bac4/5), vous avez acquis une certaine expérience sur un poste similaire dans un site touristique à forte attractivité. Vous êtes motivé(e), enthousiaste. Organisé(e) et rigoureux (se), vous disposez d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Vous avez un très bon relationnel, de bonnes capacités d'adaptation et êtes ouvert d'esprit. Vous savez prendre des initiatives et être force de proposition. Vous aimez convaincre, votre ténacité est un de vos principaux atours. La maîtrise des outils informatiques et de l’anglais est nécessaire.
