Responsibilities:
As part of the Quality team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of products throughout the development for any product or process change. You will support the deployment of Verkor APQP processes (FMEA, control plans, validation plans) and help teams adopt automotive product development standards. Joining an international and multicultural environment, you will rely on strong interpersonal skills to promote a culture of quality and collaboration across the organization.
* Define, manage and follow product / process planning milestones, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and applicable standards.
* Monitor and control performances by tracking KPI’s, identifying risks and implementing preventive actions.
* Manage the risk change matrix by analyzing gaps, coordinating corrective actions and ensuring full traceability with departments.
* Lead quality and development reviews acting as the interface between functions, suppliers, and the project team, and presenting reports.
Requirements:
* Engineering Industrial degree, experience in Li-ion battery cell manufacturing would be a strong advantage.
* Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating APQP processes.
* Ability to engage and influence other functions involved intechnical development.
* Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Ability to manage priorities, deliverables, and deadlines efficiently with minimal need for escalation.
* Continuous improvement mindset and solution-oriented approach.
* Highly organized, results- and customer-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
* Languages required: French (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
