Your Role:
Within the sales team of the Centre Alpes Méditerranée area, you will promote and develop Siemens Smart Infrastructure offerings in fire safety (automatic detection and extinction), electronic security (access control, video surveillance, intrusion), and new fields (digital, IoT, etc.) with prescribers and major clients in the region.
As a Sales Engineer, you will focus on growing sales of new works within your client portfolio (industries, large tertiary, installers), mainly in departments 01 and 42.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop market share in security/security by identifying opportunities through market analysis and commercial prospecting, seeking new business with existing or new clients in your sector.
* Enhance commercial engagement on selected pre-projects by meeting project stakeholders and recommending Siemens solutions.
* Manage the commercial follow-up of these projects, from negotiations to finalizing contractual agreements, supported by technical and industry experts.
* Ensure customer/prospect satisfaction.
This is a permanent position based in Saint Priest (69), with administrative reporting to our agency there.
Employment status: Executive.
Key Skills for Success:
* Minimum Bac+2 in technical or commercial fields, with at least 5 years of successful sales experience in SSI solutions, fire extinction, electronic security, IoT applied to buildings, or technical building solutions.
* Knowledge of Fire Safety regulations preferred.
* Recognized technical skills.
* Organized, autonomous, and proactive.
* Experience in deal structuring.
* Challenge-driven, rigorous, with strong relationship, service orientation, teamwork, project management, and communication skills.
