Responsable Achats Marketing & Services Généraux (H/F) – Basé-e à Boulogne-Billancourt (92), en France


Rattaché-e au Reponsable Achats Indirects de la Région Western Europe, vous serez en charge de des activités d'achat liées à votre périmètre, de l'identification des besoins internes à la négociation et la contractualisation.


Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

1. Mettre en œuvre les stratégies d'achat de l’offre à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle en prenant en compte nos objectifs de coûts, qualité, délai mais aussi nos valeurs en termes de diversité & d’inclusion

2. Gérer le processus de négociation jusqu'à la définition du contrat avec les fournisseurs.

3. Garantir les niveaux de service définis avec les ensemble des partenaires

4. Préparer le budget, analyser et consolider les dépenses

Profil souhaité :

Diplômé-e en gestion d’entreprise ou en achats, vous avez une première expérience professionnelle en achats d'au minimum 3 ans dans un environnement industriel. Une expérience dans le domaine de la vente et du marketing commercial dans le secteur des produits de grande consommation est un atout.

Votre sens de la négociation, vos qualités relationnelles et de communication aussi bien en français qu’en anglais vous permettront de réussir dans les missions confiées. Vous disposez de capacités d’analyse et de synthèse. Vous êtes autonome, proactif, force de proposition. Vous êtes capable de collaborer avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes dans un environnement international.

Barilla France wants to recruit a Marketing Services & Facility Management Buyer. The candidate will report to the Indirect Purchasing Manager – Western Europe.

As Marketing Services & Facility Management Buyer you will be responsible to execute and manage all regional Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Facility Management Purchasing activities such as identifying internal requirements and based upon perform sourcing, negotiation and contracting as per defined Company guidelines. You will implement, locally, Purchasing Strategies, together with Central Purchasing indications, in terms of market analysis, guidelines and procedures in order to guarantee the correct purchase of local needs.

Key accountabilities:

5. To guarantee the implementation of Purchasing Strategies in terms of market analysis, sourcing strategy, supplier selection, negotiation and contracting, with guidelines and procedure in order to guarantee the correct purchase and the proper governance of the defined Category

6. To manage negotiation process until the contract definition with suppliers

7. To ensure proper alignment with the stakeholders’ requirements and demand, Category Buyers, ensuring the best total supply value (cost, payment terms, service, sustainability, D&I)

8. To guarantee internal defined Service Levels delivering Category SLA’s (service level agreements) and KPI’s

9. To manage the phase-in and the phase-out of the suppliers in and/or out the Vendor Master Data

10. To generate, define and track the cost saving and cost avoidance projects for the managed Categories

11. To execute the spend analysis by sub-category and analyses the spend forecast, for possible consolidation of spend and synergies.

Qualifications:

12. Successfully completed degree in business management or in purchasing area

13. Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience ideally in Marketing including media, insights, point-of-sale and agency services

14. Working knowledge in all aspects of the Procure-to-Pay process with SAP experience

15. Very good French & English skills in speaking and writing

16. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer centricity and proven ability to build credibility with business partners

17. Pro-active manner & positive attitude to initiate change

18. Self-organization and coordination of all required activities.

19. High level of autonomy, proactivity and engagement

20. Very Good ability to work in an international context (10% travel), very open to cultural and people diversity

Our office is in Boulogne (Paris). We offer hybrid working as a mix of working remotely (2 days a week) and from the office.
