Ingénieur qualité projet (h/f) / quality project engineer (f/m)

Missions principales :

* Organiser et soutenir toutes les actions préventives et de garantie qualité dans les projets de développement
* Collaborer au sein d’équipes projet interdisciplinaires et spécifiques aux clients pour développer des cellules et modules Li-Ion
* Assurer le suivi de la maturité des livrables et des jalons conformément à la DRL (Deliverable Requirement List)
* Soutenir l'exécution du processus APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) dans le cadre du projet client
* Suivre l’état de résolution des problèmes qualité liés au projet, ainsi que les documents clients associés à la résolution des problèmes
* Assurer le suivi de la gestion des dérogations pour les échantillons de production du projet
* Veiller à la mise en œuvre des exigences et des objectifs qualité assignés
* Organiser et coordonner les échantillonnages initiaux avec les clients (VDA 2, PPAP)
* Accompagner les sites de production dans la mise en œuvre des modifications produit et process

Main missions :

* Organize and support all kind of preventive/quality ensuring actions in development projects
* Collaboration in interdisciplinary and customer specific project teams to develop Li-Ion cells and modules
* Ensure deliverables maturity follow up/milestones from the DRL (Deliverable Requirement List)
* Support the execute of the Advanced Product Quality Planning) process within the Customer project.
* Track the quality problem solving status for project issues and the appropriate customer problem solving documents.
* Track and follow up the Deviation Management for the Project Production samples
* Ensure the implementation of the assigned quality requirements and targets
* Organize and coordinate Initial Sampling with our customers (VDA 2, PPAP)
* Support the production plants in the implementation of product and process changes

Compétences requises :

Connaissances / Savoir-faire :

* Gestion de projet dans l’industrie automobile selon les standards APQP & VDA
* Maîtrise de VDA 6.3, IATF 16949 et des exigences spécifiques des clients (CSR)
* Outils qualité : résolution de problèmes, outils fondamentaux (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
* Expérience technique : une expérience avec les batteries Li-Ion serait un atout

Expérience :

* Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans des projets qualité ou dans des activités liées à la qualité, idéalement dans le secteur automobile
* Maîtrise confirmée des outils qualité

Qualifications :

* Diplôme d’ingénieur ou formation technique équivalente, ou expérience pertinente

Comportements clés :

* Formation aux standards des systèmes de gestion qualité et à l’utilisation des outils et méthodes qualité
* Bonnes compétences en communication
* Bon niveau de français et d’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit

Compétences supplémentaires appréciées :

* La maîtrise de l’allemand est un plus

* Project management in the automotive Industry according to APQP & VDA

* Technical experience · Experience with Li-Ione Batteries would be an asset

Experience :

* Min. 5 years of working experience in quality project or other Quality related activities, preferably in the automotive industry
* Experienced in Quality tools

Qualification :

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or similar technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Key behaviours :

* Trained in standards for quality management systems and application of quality management tools and techniques
* Good communication skills
* Good level of French and English in speaking and writing

Some extra skills which make the difference :

* German language is a plus
