Job Description

Within the framework of new projects in the aeronautics sector (EURODRONE MALE program), you will lead the design validation plan for a project involving adaptation or modification of fuel system equipment such as anti-return valves, drains, and overpressure valves. You will synthesize the technical activities managed by the design office during the development phase.

* Validate the technical dossier of projects (3D models, drawings, dimension chains).
* Complete the validation plan on schedule.
* Analyze specifications and perform DFMEA of the product.
* Synthesize mechanical and/or hydraulic design activities.
* Execute validation and verification activities, including the creation or validation of verification documents (ATP, ASR, Engineering review, DJD, Technical notes).
* Prepare and facilitate development milestones (design review, bundle review, D1 and D2 reviews).

Qualifications:

Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in design and validation of mechanical systems using CATIA in the aeronautics sector. Experience in fuel system equipment development and certification documentation is essential. Fluency in English is required.
