Position Summary

✨ COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Our client is a fast-growing and entrepreneurial business jet operator operating worldwide. RECRUITMENT CONTEXT:
This role is being created as part of the company's sustained growth and increasing flight activity. To strengthen its commercial performance and support the expansion of its charter operations, our client is looking to reinforce its Sales team.

POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Charter Sales Representative to join the Sales team. You will play a key role at the heart of aviation operations, managing charter sales activities and ensuring seamless flight execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality customer service to clients throughout the entire sales and booking process

  • Preparing and issuing quotes for private jet charter services and confirming new flight bookings

  • Proactively identifying and developing sales opportunities to support business growth

  • Coordinating closely with internal departments and external suppliers to organize flights worldwide

  • Managing administrative tasks and contributing to reporting and sales follow-up activities

‍ DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Required degree: At least a Degree in business, sales, or aviation-related fields

  • Desired experience: First experience or internship in aviation, charter sales, or a commercial role within a regulated environment

  • Technical skills:

    • Solid understanding of aviation operations and flight regulations

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Personal qualities:

    • High energy, proactivity, and commercial mindset

    • Adaptability and flexibility, including handling last-minute changes

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box

    • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

    • Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach

  • Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written); French is a plus

  • Availability: Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including nights and weekends

  • Background check: A clear criminal record is required
