RECRUITMENT CONTEXT :
To support its expansion in Eastern Europe, our client is looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead operations in Ukraine. This strategic role is ideal for a dynamic, market-savvy professional with deep industry knowledge and strong local travel trade connections.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
We are looking for a results-driven Country Sales Manager to grow the presence and brand visibility in Ukraine. You will BE responsible for :
- Analyzing performance and ROI vs budget using BI tools and leading the team to meet ambitious targets.
- Managing local commercial, operations, media, and collection teams.
- Using your market expertise to grow the brand presence and visibility.
- Maintaining and developing strong commercial relationships with key partners and local travel agents.
- Conducting market research, on-site and remote customer support, delivering product training, and managing new business initiatives end-to-end.
- Identifying, negotiating, and closing deals with new strategic partners.
- Collaborating with internal departments at HQ to maximize business opportunities.
- Sharing knowledge and renewing business development actions across your team.
- Aligning partner needs with company offerings to increase daily productivity.
- Reporting regularly to the Regional Director on performance and progress.
PROFILE SOUGHT :
- Experience : 3-4 years in sales, account management, or business development within the travel industry, ideally with an OTA, Bedbank, or SaaS B2B travel solution provider.
- Market knowledge : Strong reputation among Ukrainian travel agencies, deep understanding of the local B2B travel ecosystem.
- Skills : Excellent communication, commercial negotiation, and performance tracking using BI tools. Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and highly results-driven.
- Languages : Fluent in English and Ukrainian (Russian is a plus).
- Mobility : Willingness to travel regularly across Ukraine for on-site meetings and trainings.
SALARY AND BENEFITS :
- Salary : €42,000 gross per year + performance-based bonuses.
- Additional benefits : to BE discussed during the recruitment process.
