Vous serez responsable des relations commerciales, négociations et suivi des clients nationaux et des lignes de produits sous la direction du Directeur des Ventes pour Sony Consumer Electronics* sur le marché français dynamique.

Ce poste va vous permettre de vendre et promouvoir les produits Sony auprès des clients, favoriser la revente, entretenir les relations et s'aligner sur la stratégie de vente.
Vous devez avoir le sens de la vente et de l'anticipation, ainsi que des compétences analytiques qui vous permettent de créer de nouvelles opportunités. Vous maintenez à jour tous les outils mis à la disposition de la force de vente, en veillant à ce que leurs actions et leurs informations soient parfaitement actualisées.
Vos missions:

Vous serez responsable de vendre aux clients les produits Sony en atteignant les objectifs commerciaux définis, tout en tenant compte des normes et des valeurs de l'entreprise,
Gérer efficacement les comptes dans un environnement de vente multi-canaux et stimuler la croissance dans les canaux traditionnels et l’e-commerce,
Optimiser la conversion au niveau des prestations de services de première ligne afin de dynamiser la vente à l’utilisateur final,
Définir une stratégie de distribution efficace avec les grands comptes attribués,
Créer et accroître la part de marché Sony chez les clients en magasin et online,
Effectuer la mise à jour et le reporting des planifications et des prévisions de ventes,
Mettre à jour les documents de suivi, de promotions et d’activation de la Force de vente Terrain (RSM),
Négocier en centrale des opérations permettant des relais efficaces pour la force de vente chez chacun des clients,
Collaborer quotidiennement avec les équipes du marketing, support aux ventes, communication marketing client, credit manager, etc.,
Collaborer étroitement avec le responsable Channel Marketing et garantir qu’une coopération complète est en place avec le client avec de l’anticipation,
Coordonner et participer aux événements organisés par Sony et ses clients.
Vous avez :
- Un master dans un domaine pertinent (Marketing, Ventes ou E-commerce) et une expérience commerciale dans la gestion de grands comptes multicanaux
- Une Excellente capacité d'analyse
- Des compétences sur MS Office (Excel et Powerpoint)
- Un Esprit creative
- Du leadership
- Une capacité à travailler en équipe et dans un environnement en constante évolution
- Une bonne connaissance et utilisation des réseaux sociaux est un plus.

You will need a sense of sales and anticipation, as well as analytical skills that enable you to build new opportunities. You will keep all tools available to the Sales Force up to date, ensuring their actions and information are perfectly current.

Responsibilities
* Sell to customers by achieving defined business objectives and profit, taking into account company standards and values.
* Manage accounts effectively in a multi-channel sales environment and drive growth across traditional channels and e-commerce.
* Optimize the conversion of front-line services to boost sales to end-users.
* Stipulate and define pricing policies and contractual clauses.
* Define an effective distribution strategy with key accounts.
* Build and increase Sony's market share with in-store and online customers.
* Update and report on sales planning and forecasts.
* Update monitoring, promotional, and activation documents for the Field Sales Force (RSM).
* Negotiate operations with the head office to ensure effective relays for the sales force at each of their customers' sites.
* Collaborate daily with marketing, sales support, customer marketing communications, the credit manager, etc.
* Collaborate closely with the Channel Marketing Manager and ensure full partnership with the customer, with sufficient anticipation.
* Coordinate and participate in Sony and customer events.
Requirements
* 5 years' higher education plus commercial experience in managing large multi-channel retail accounts.
* Good knowledge of marketing and e-commerce.
* Advanced skills and good experience in complex negotiations with key accounts.
* Proficiency in English is important.
* Excellent analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel.
* Creative mind.
* Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast-changing environment.
* Driven by achieving objectives and demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
* Good knowledge and use of social networks is a plus.
