Innovation & digital transformation are a priority for Sodexo and are empowered by the Group Innovation team. This team drives initiatives to raise digital awareness, set necessary capabilities for transformation and pilot schemes, new business models and projects across geographies, business lines and functions.


In this context, we are looking for a Group Innovation project Apprentice and an Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Innovation team in developing and implementing new ideas, products, and processes that will drive innovation, digital transformation, and growth with the business & segments. He or she will work closely with the Innovation team to identify new opportunities, develop and execute strategies for growth, and ensure that Sodexo is well positioned for the future.


MISSIONS


* Follow different projects’ KPIs, demonstrate value for innovation & to make sure all the regional innovation initiatives are aligned with our strategy
* Gather the latest innovations and tech trends with the rest of the team
* Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new ideas, products or services
* Help to manage the innovation pipeline and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Support our accelerator programs/clients' labs across our different markets
* Support our training initiatives
* Support content production and communications
* Support tradeshow organization for our team & coordination with others


You will also:


* Support the development of business cases for new services and projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Help to coordinate and facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions
* Maintain a strong understanding of Sodexo’s industry trends and emerging technologies
* Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations on innovation projects and initiatives

* Organized and comfortable working with multiple teams to complete tasks on a deadline
* Fluent English is required, additional languages are a plus
* Comfort working with different cultures and time zones
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Strong project management skills
* Tech-savvy and GenAI (trends, tools) knowledge
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
* Knowledge of innovation frameworks and methodologies is a plus
