MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER/WORKS MANAGER:

1. Preparing the building site
2. Become familiar with the building site (kick-off meeting, contractual documents, technical execution file, site visit, SQE guidelines, etc.).
3. Identify the service limits.
4. Help define the specific operating procedures.
5. Participate in the risk analysis (health and safety protection/prevention plan, prevention plan, building site environment, etc.).
6. Help establish the task monitoring plan and the monitoring plan.
7. Establish the procurement outlays (equipment, supplies, materials and/or tools).
8. Break down the scheduling of activities into tasks to be performed.
9. Propose options, alternatives and optimizations in the operating procedures.
10. Identify the necessary human and material resources.
11. Prepare the remote site (offices, storage, sanitary facilities, etc.).

Managing the building site

1. Pass on the guidelines and objectives to the personnel involved (organization, performance lead times, use of equipment).
2. Organize the supply of materials, including personal and collective protection equipment, the locations of machinery, and the storage areas.
3. Schedule the activity and resources, assign the tasks to personnel.
4. Adhere to the construction file.
5. Ensure that the QHSE procedures, rules and preventive measures are complied with and passed on.
6. Analyze accidents/incidents and risks, and define appropriate preventive measures.
7. Prepare and implement the QSSE (preventive, corrective) action plan.
8. Ensure the follow-up of the schedule and worktime budget, and propose solutions in case of any derivation.
9. Verify the compliance of the construction execution (by internal employees, sub-contractors, service providers, etc.) in line with the construction documents.
10. Create and/or validate the administrative files (clocking-in, transfer slips, work authorizations, permits, etc.) and the intervention reports, assessments, etc.
11. Suggest actions to be carried out based on the information gathered (quotes, contract amendments, etc.).
12. Report on the building site activity to your superiors (progress, derivation in terms of costs and lead times, human, technical and material resources, client feedback and security, etc.).
13. Provide technical support to operative personnel.
14. Take part in building site meetings.
15. Coordinate your work with all of the building site’s players (engineering office, activity management, business project manager, other building trades, etc.).
16. Represent the company in relation to the client, sub-contractors, suppliers and local residents.
17. Participate in quantifying estimates.
18. Manage the actions required to resolve derivations (including the obtaining of the works completion certificate).
19. Take part in the reception of the installation with the client (OPR - operations prior to reception).
20. Take part in the experience feedback sessions.

Managing the teams

1. Welcome newcomers (employees, temporary workers).
2. Manage a team (lead, delegate, check, reprimand, congratulate, motivate).
3. Ensure the skills transfer within the team.
4. Conduct the individual and/or professional appraisal interviews.

REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: 2 years’ higher education

Profil :

Vous disposez d'une expérience probante dans un poste similaire.

Vous avez un bon relationnel et savez piloter différents chantiers.

L’utilisation de l’outil informatique et l’autonomie sur la réalisation des devis seront appréciées.
