Your Mission

As the Product Manager for the ArrowSphere Cloud platform, you will own the complete product lifecycle—from vision to launch and beyond. You’ll craft a compelling roadmap, translate market and user insights into high‑impact features, and ensure every release drives real business value.


Key Responsibilities


Product Management

* Define and champion a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals.
* Gather, prioritize, and turn user needs into clear product requirements.
* Partner with engineering, DevOps, and UX teams to deliver high‑value features on time.
* Track product performance (KPIs, adoption, usage) and iterate for continuous improvement.
* Guarantee high‑quality delivery of every product initiative.


Cloud Distribution & AI Strategy

* Help evolve innovative cloud distribution models.
* Integrate and promote AI / GenAI capabilities within the platform.
* Identify and drive AI‑enabled enhancements to business processes.
* Support the rollout of AI‑driven solutions across the distribution value chain.


Stakeholder Management

* Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and support teams.
* Engage cloud vendors and strategic partners to align on joint initiatives.
* Maintain clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.
* Contribute to RFP responses and position ArrowSphere in strategic opportunities.


Go‑to‑Market & Product Marketing

* Support launch strategies for new features and offerings.
* Create and maintain product assets (presentations, demos, documentation).
* Partner with marketing to drive demand generation—campaigns, events, content.
* Ensure seamless internal and external communication of product releases.


Training & Enablement

* Educate internal teams (sales, support, business development) on new capabilities.
* Enable partners and customers to get the most out of the platform.
* Develop training materials and engaging educational content.
* Lead change‑management initiatives to foster rapid adoption.


Who You Are

* At least 10 years of product‑management experience.
* Deep knowledge of cloud distribution ecosystems (vendor, distributor, or partner).
* Strong interest and functional understanding of Artificial Intelligence / GenAI.
* Solid grasp of cloud platforms, APIs, and digital ecosystems.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Comfortable thriving in an international, multicultural environment.


Languages

* Fluent English (mandatory).
* French – minimum B2 level.


Core Skills & Tools

* Product Management: roadmap, discovery, delivery.
* Cloud ecosystem & distribution models.
* AI / GenAI (functional understanding).
* Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.
* UX/Design tools: Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD or equivalents.


Working Conditions

* Full‑time role based in Courbevoie, France (Rue du Général Audran).
* Predominantly remote with occasional on‑site collaboration.
