Legal counsel digital (h/f)

**Job Description:**

*Airbus Commercial* is looking for a *Digital Legal Counsel (F/M)* to join the Airbus Commercial Legal & Compliance Department based in *Toulouse, France *

You will be part of a team providing legal support to Operations (Manufacturing, Procurement), Sales and Customer Services departments, and dedicated to the legal support to key industrial projects.

This role is critical in providing transversal legal support, encompassing both the sales of services (in particular digital services) and the procurement of digital solutions by Airbus, all within a complex international environment.

* Your challenges:***
* You will provide legal advice and negotiation support for complex transactions across Airbus' Services, Direct and General Procurement, with a focus on digital projects. You will act as a primary legal partner of your files, effectively managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and collaborating closely with specialised legal teams
* You will identify, assess and mitigate legal and contractual risks. You will also provide strategic support in pre-litigation and litigation matters, overseeing external legal counsel when necessary
* You will support development, simplification, and implement Airbus legal policies, standard contracts, and processes for Digital, Customer Services, and Procurement activities, ensuring adaptability to evolving technological and regulatory landscapes
* You will design and deliver targeted legal training sessions for legal colleagues and business teams across Airbus, especially related to digital topics
* Your boarding pass:***
* At least 8 years’ of relevant professional experience in French contract law, with a strong focus on Digital and Intellectual Property law
* French law qualification is mandatory; English law qualification would be appreciated
* Ability to grasp intricate issues and perform effectively under tight deadlines, ensuring Airbus’ risks are identified and managed
* Curious and enthusiastic about working on pioneering files
* Solution oriented
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and analytical skills
* High-level drafting and negotiation proficiency in English are a must as such as a fluent French
