As part of our Sustainable Dairy Lands' programme, with your expertise in agricultural policies, agriculture and livestock science and techniques, you develop innovations and tools for deployment by the milk teams on the field. In this role, you will specifically be in charge of:
- Identifying and providing relevant cross-functional tools for field teams: qualifying needs, creating management tools, analyzing and enhancing data, etc.
- Conducting prospective studies, position papers, comparative analyses (monitoring, analysis, summaries, benchmarks) on the topics of agricultural, environmental and ecological transition policies, farm economics, new technologies in dairy farming. To do this, you will:
- Ensure media, scientific and regulatory monitoring;
- Create and maintain a network of experts and technical partners through meetings, conferences, congresses, trade fairs, etc.
- Be attentive to trends on targeted topics.
- Leading projects to develop innovation and tools for agriculture: preliminary studies, setting up experimental projects with scientific experts, monitoring, performance management, facilitation, design, transfer to milk teams and farmers.
- Providing consultancy and technical and/or methodological support to field teams and various departments of the Group: action plans to feed corporate strategy; development of milk purchases and dairy farms; implementation of operational projects with expert advice

Education / experience / skills
Degree in Agricultural Engineering / Veterinary School or equivalent. Experience in the agricultural, agri-food or para-agricultural sector. Essential knowledge of dairy production, economics and agricultural policies. Mastery and appetite for data, information systems, data management and analysis. Expert profile, Conceptualization skills, Very good level of analysis and synthesis. Rigor, autonomy, organization. Relational and teaching skills, teamwork and networking. Curiosity, initiative, maturity, perseverance. Professional English essential; French or other language a plus (Spanish, German, Portuguese, Slavic languages). Geographical mobility for frequent travel to Paris and Normandy, occasionally abroad.
