CONTEXT
Join our global Digital Communications team as an apprentice from September 2025 at our headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92). You'll play a key role in enhancing Sodexo's digital presence and storytelling globally.
MISSIONS
You will support the global Digital Communications team across various communication activities. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Content Creation & Community Management:
* Create appealing, innovative content for our global channels (Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube, and a specific focus on TikTok), boosting engagement, community growth, and overall performance.
* Influencer Communications & Partnerships:
* Support the strategic development of influencer partnerships, helping Sodexo collaborate with influential voices to amplify our global brand awareness and impact.
* Research & Benchmarking:
* Perform competitive and trend analyses on strategic digital communication topics, providing insights that inform our content strategy.
* Digital Platforms & Web Content Deployment:
* Contribute content to Sodexo.com. Ensure consistency through categorizing and tagging content for our Media Center and video platform.
* Employee Advocacy:
* Support the animation of our global employee advocacy program.
* Performance Analysis:
* Analyze and report on KPIs to measure global impact, offering actionable insights to enhance future communications.

PROFILE
* Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (M1 or M2), specialized in Communications or Digital Marketing.
* Strong interest and proven skills in social media content creation, particularly short-form video (TikTok, Reels).
* Creative, innovative mindset combined with a capacity to understand the over-arching storytelling.
* Fluent in English and French, with exceptional writing skills in both languages.
* Mastering Canva and / or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines, highly proactive, and detail-oriented.
* An eye for photography and video making would be a plus.
