Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Patient Care Services for their Hospice location in the Outer Banks / Dare County, NC area. A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Hospice management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team, manage the budget, and oversee branch operations. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!

Job Requirements

* Medicare Hospice leadership experience as a RN.
* Excellent understanding of state / federal hospice regulations.
* Clinical, operations, and financial oversight experience.

Job Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day clinical and branch operations.
* Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
* Educate the community on hospice services to help grow census.
