For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, which will have a strong impact on the whole Edenred Group and its more than 40 Business Units, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager.


You'll play a crucial role in the roll-out of new features, embodying the program's voice through high-impact communications.


You will integrate the Central Team of the Edenred+ factory (our new benefits platform), a Spotify-like product organization gathering 200 experts, from designers to product & tech, driven by the common ambition to create the future of the Edenred group for its Employee Benefits offers.


You will work closely with the design team, reporting to the Head of Design.


As Product Marketing Manager, your main challenges will be:

1. Create buzz around new features, including release notes for Top management and stakeholders

2. Implement strategies to ensure successful adoption of new features

3. Act as an effective link between the program and Business Unit ambassadors

4. Contribute to deliverables around new BtoB and BtoC features (product sheets, tutorials, presentation films with our motion designer, etc.), working closely with our UX Writer on Tone of Voice and our designers on visual assets.

5. Take charge of some product adoption deliverables, contribute to others

6. Coaching product teams in the communication of their features and raising their awareness of product marketing

15. Written & spoken English (no need to be bilingual)

16. A past experience with a fintech or foodtech product is a plus (but not mandatory)
