Senior Product Manager - Growth & Lead Acquisition at Jus Mundi. Drive the growth and success of the product experience across the customer journey. Build data-driven, user-centric solutions and contribute to innovations that transform the legal industry.
Responsibilities
* Turn complex user needs, technical inputs, and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements
* Lead the full product lifecycle for your area, from discovery to launch and iteration
* Collaborate with engineering, AI, design, and go-to-market teams to build and ship world-class solutions
* Track product performance through qualitative and quantitative signals and iterate rapidly
* Run cross-functional experiments to improve conversion, activation, and engagement
* Interact with users regularly to gather insights and translate them into impactful improvements
* Lead key growth initiatives and launch impactful features that enhance how legal professionals access global legal knowledge
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Product Management in startup and scale-up environments
* Proven experience in growth, activation, or lifecycle marketing for a B2B SaaS company
* Strong product sense with the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and action
* Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
* Experience with data analysis and experimentation frameworks
* Comfortable with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and experimentation tooling
* Motivated by building tools that deeply improve how people work
* Strong analytical mindset and drive to deliver measurable impact
* Fluent in English (French is not required)
Preferred Experiences
* Experience with SEO/AIO and content-driven acquisition
* Familiarity with CRM & Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Background in legal tech or AI-powered products
* Knowledge of pricing and packaging strategies

* Case Study Interview – 1 hour with Head of Products and CTO or Head of Data
* Quick chat with VP Revenues & Care and VP of Marketing & Strategy
* Team Fit Interview – 45 minutes with PMs, Designers, and Engineers
* Final call – 30 minutes with VP of People
Please note that, due to the nature of the sector, the final steps of recruitment include reference calls and a background check.
