Description

Axima Réfrigération France is seeking a talented Ingénieur Technico-Commercial Froid Industriel (H/F), based in Quimper. Reporting to the agency director, you will manage part of our client portfolio and prospect new clients nationally. Your responsibilities include:

* Analyzing client specifications and requests from engineering offices
* Responding to client quotes with innovative solutions
* Acting as the interface between clients and the agency's quoting service
* Maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer loyalty
* Preparing bid responses, negotiating within your delegation, adhering to our ethics
* Promoting the company at events (trade shows, forums, conferences)
* Ensuring customer satisfaction during and after project completion
* Monitoring competitors, regulatory, and market trends

You will work closely with the quoting team and other sales staff, with frequent travel required. The ideal candidate has a background in Refrigeration (Bac to Bac+3, e.g., Bac Pro TFCA, IFFI, BTS FED) and at least 5 years of experience in business management or similar roles. Rigor, versatility, proactive attitude, teamwork, and initiative are essential. A valid driving license (B) is required.
