Ce poste vous place au cœur des décisions stratégiques du Comité de Direction, avec des missions variées mêlant coordination, analyse et accompagnement stratégique. Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez : Être le partenaire clé du Comité de Direction, en garantissant la fluidité des décisions, le suivi des plans d’action et la réussite des projets transverses. Vous intervenez sur des sujets stratégiques tout en assurant une coordination efficace des activités. Vos principales missions sont : Le support stratégique et opérationnel au CODIR : Participer à certaines réunions confidentielles, synthétiser les idées clés, suivre les plans d’action. La coordination de la gouvernance : Préparer les ordres du jour, consolider les supports, assurer le suivi des décisions. Le pilotage et l'analyse : Suivre les KPI, mettre à jour les tableaux de bord, produire des synthèses pour éclairer les décisions. La gestion de projets transverses : Contribuer à des initiatives stratégiques (digitalisation, optimisation des process, transformation). Animation du réseau des assistants de direction : En lien avec le responsable du support aux opérations. Communication exécutive : Rédiger des notes et présentations pour le top management (Europe, voire EMEA). Organisation des rendez-vous stratégiques : Préparer les briefs et anticiper les besoins ​ Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir : Formation supérieure (Bac5) ou expérience équivalente. Expérience dans un rôle hybride : coordination, gestion de projets, support stratégique (ex. ancien commercial, responsable technique, ) Capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau, à synthétiser et à prioriser. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et rédactionnelles. Anglais courant indispensable. Qualités clés : maturité, discrétion, sens de l’initiative, adaptabilité. ​ Quels sont les avantages ?
