Une offre de stage intitulée *«Stage 2026 en amélioration des processus et transformation digitale (ALL GENDER)» *vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Saint-Eloi. Vous rejoindrez le département PIOY en charge de gérer la chaine d'approvisionnement End-to-End pour Toulouse.

Idéalement, ce stage d’une *durée de 6 mois *commencera en Janvier 2026 (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

*Tâches et responsabilités : *

Analyse de l'existant

* Analyser les outils locaux existants versus les outils centraux

* Revoir avec les équipes opérationnelles les outils locaux indispensables et assurer leur déclaration en central

* Identifier les solutions digitales centrales existantes et sélectionner les meilleures alternatives en cas de decommissioning d'un outil local.



Nouveaux besoins opérationnels

* Consolider les nouveaux besoins opérationnels.
* Prendre part à la transformation digitale en identifiant et en développant ou déployant potentiellement de nouveaux outils susceptibles d'apporter de la valeur.

* Identifier des opportunités d'utiliser l'intelligence artificielle.

* Piloter les phases de gestion du changement en communiquant sur les nouvelles solutions et en accompagnant les équipes pour s'assurer qu'elles tirent le maximum de bénéfices des nouvelles solutions digitales.



*Votre carte d’embarquement : *

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la transformation digitale ou une discipline apparentée? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

* Bonnes *compétences en communication* en anglais et en français.

* L'*orientation client* est essentielle, ainsi que la capacité à *travailler en équipe*.

* Expérience avec les *plateformes de big data*, le *codage* et les *outils digitaux* (ex : Skywise, Qliksense, Flowmetrics).

* *Diplôme universitaire* ou *expérience en gestion des approvisionnements*, logistique.

* Grande *adaptabilité*.

* *Méthodique* et *rigoureux*.

* Bonnes *capacités d'analyse de données*.

* *Langages informatiques* : idéalement Python, Javascript, SQL et HTML.



*Compétences linguistiques attendues : *

Anglais : avancé

Français : courant

We offer an internship: «2026 Internship Process improvement and digital transformation (m/f) » at Airbus Commercial in Saint Eloi (Toulouse).

You will join the PIOY department in charge of Toulouse End-to-End supply chain management.

Ideally, this is a 6 mois internship and it should start in January 2026 (date subject to flexibility). This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

You will contribute to the following:

Analysis of existing tools

* Analyze existing local tools versus central tools

* Identify with the operational teams the necesary local tools and ensure they are officially declared

* Identify the existing central digital solution and select the best alternative in case of decommissioning of a local tool.


New operational needs

* Consolidate new operational needs
* Be part of the digital transformation by identifying and by deploying/developing new tools bringing value.

* Identify opportunities to use artificial intelligence.

* Manage change by communicating on the new digital solutions and by accompanying the operational teams.



Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Digital Transformation (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences:

* Good communication skills in English and French

* Customer orientation is essential as well as ability to work in team

* Experience with big data platforms, coding and digital tools (i.e.: Skywise, Qliksense, Flowmetrics)

* University degree or experience in Supply Management, Logistic

* High adaptability

* Methodical and rigorous

* Good data analytics capability

* Innovative thinker

* IT languages: ideally Python, Javascript, SQL and HTML
