Chargée de clientèle spécialisée (f/h/d)

The Opportunity:

Nous vous proposons de rejoindre l’équipe Support Clients, basée sur notre siège social de Rosny-sous-Bois. Dans le cadre du support client, vous participez à la gestion des commandes complexes, en collaboration étroite avec les clients et les services internes. Vous assurez le suivi administratif, logistique et commercial de ces commandes à forte valeur, en lien avec les équipes.

Ce que nous recherchons

1. Études : Bac +2 à Bac +5 dans les domaines du commerce, de la relation client, de la gestion ou du marketing (ex. : BTS NDRC, DUT TC, licence pro, école de commerce)

2. Expérience : expérience confirmée dans le domaine recherchée

3. Excellente aisance relationnelle

4. Sens commercial développé

5. Organisation et rigueur

6. Maîtrise des outils informatiques et de l'anglais

7. Capacité d’adaptation

8. Esprit d’équipe

Comment vous allez faire la différence

9. Gestion des commandes complexes : prendre en charge les commandes complexes avec les clients et les services internes, notamment les équipements à forte valeur ajoutée

10. Coordination et saisie des commandes : assurer la saisie des commandes complexes dans l’outil interne, en lien avec les services Relance d’offres, magasin, Services Clients et vendeurs

11. Suivi logistique et approvisionnement : soutenir l’équipe dans le suivi des flux d’approvisionnement et de transport, en lien avec les fournisseurs, approvisionneurs et partenaires logistiques

12. Suivi opérationnel des prestations : collaborer avec l’ensemble des intervenants internes pour garantir le respect des délais, la satisfaction client et l’optimisation des processus
