We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to lead our IT Infrastructure Services team. In this role, you'll oversee critical departmental functions, drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge IT infrastructure strategies, and ensure our systems remain robust, reliable, and secure. Department Management

* Hires and dismisses IT Infrastructure Services staff
* Oversees initial and ongoing training of IT Infrastructure Services staff
* Evaluates performance, facilitates professional development, and career advancement of departmental staff

IT Infrastructure Management

* Develops, implements, and manages a 24x7 IT infrastructure ensuring scalability, integrity, performance, economy, and reliability
* Communicates with partners and management to align IT infrastructure goals with company objectives
* Acts as liaison between management and departments regarding IT infrastructure needs
* Assists and consults on the use of PSI IT infrastructure services
* Approves and supervises strategic plans for IT infrastructure design and compliance
* Oversees the development of PSI IT technology roadmap for automation, network monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and security
* Supervises IT projects and develops disaster recovery and business continuity plans
* Plans and communicates the IT infrastructure budget
* Supervises procurement of infrastructure hardware and software
* Supervises IT managers and provides strategic guidance
* Prepares for and attends quality assurance audits

Information Security

* Defines and leads security controls implementation
* Leads operational engagement and metrics for security maturity
* Coordinates security involvement in projects
* Tracks and stays updated on security trends
* Drives security plans and controls implementation
* Leads the Information Security team
* Implements ISO 27001 standards
* Manages security risks and assessments
* Addresses deviations from security policies and manages security incidents
* Trains staff on security awareness

Qualifications :

* Minimum of 7 years experience in IT
* 5 years experience in Information Security or risk management
* Experience in a managerial position
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT
* Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA
* Strong understanding of computer environments, OS, networking, databases, and programming
* Proficiency in Microsoft and Cisco solutions
* Knowledge of IT security architecture, standards, and legal requirements
* Experience in security operations and incident response
* Leadership experience in complex projects
* Full working proficiency in English
