Main responsibilities:

* Curate, write, edit and publish engaging content across corporate social media platforms in collaboration with Corporate Communication and business teams, ensuring appropriate platform-specific messaging

* Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar that showcases current milestones while supporting the Sanofi story, pioneering social media trends and leveraging local initiatives globally

* Coordinate corporate communications planning with Business units and Functions, while designing digital programs for Sanofi's corporate employee advocacy

* Manage agencies and influence campaigns with content creators to ensure consistent approach and messaging across channels

* Develop and disseminate guidance documents including best practices for corporate social media, personal social media use, and branding guidelines

* Build strong understanding of compliance issues and regulations to champion best practices across corporate social media channels

* Drive performance mentality through data analysis and KPIs to continuously improve social media effectiveness and reach

* Provide leadership and management for an apprentice while coordinating cross-functional social media initiatives


About you

* Experience: Seasoned corporate communications experience, with deep social media expertise

* Experience working in or with a large, diverse and complex organization

* Experience with communications in a tightly regulated environment, particularly in healthcare communications, is a plus

* Soft and technical skills: Strong working knowledge of social platforms, digital tools, technologies, and content management systems

* Superior writing, editing and storytelling skills required with ability to tailor writing style to digital and social platforms

* Languages: Fluency in English: creative mastery of language and flawless grammar
