Job description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial operations within a global logistics environment. This role plays a crucial part in managing international budgets, optimizing financial flows across regions, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a high-paced supply chain setting. The successful candidate will support leadership in driving profitability, cost efficiency, and cross-border financial transparency.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budget management for logistics operations across multiple countries.
-Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting aligned
-Support decision-making with financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis, particularly in transport, warehousing, and inventory cycles.
-Manage intercompany invoicing, FX exposure, and international cash flows across operational hubs.
-Ensure compliance with local and international tax and audit regulations.
-Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets across borders.
-Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to drive process optimization and margin improvements.
-Lead and develop regional finance teams and provide coaching in performance and compliance matters.
Applicant's profile
Qualifications
-- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
Experience
-- 5 8 years of experience in financial management in a multinational or logistics environment.
-- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and international consolidation.
Skills
-Strong analytical and business partnering skills in cross-border logistics operations.
-Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is an asset.
-Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
