Gestionnaire de flux liquides h/f

Rejoignez notre équipe Supply Chain France et contribuez à la gestion stratégique des flux liquides pour nos sites de Fécamp et Marseillan ! Vos missions principales : Assurer le support administratif des dossiers d’importation en collaboration avec le service Douanes & Excises Réceptionner et enregistrer les entrées en stock, suivre les stocks et les flux inter-compagnies Piloter la prévision des besoins sur plusieurs mois et coordonner le plan de transport Enregistrer les données entrées/sorties dans l’ERP (SAP) Soutenir administrativement les équipes des sites Fécamp et Marseillan Suivre les budgets de fonctionnement et la facturation fournisseurs (PO & GR SRM) Vos responsabilités : Coordonner le plan d’approvisionnement de liquide avec les fournisseurs, notamment les flux importation Suivre les livraisons amont & aval, planifier et saisir les transferts dans l’ERP (SAP) Gérer les expéditions vers les sites clients et suivre la facturation des transporteurs Suivre les fournisseurs, créer et rapprocher les commandes, gérer des problèmes de facturation/paiement Suivre les contrats (location, maintenance, prestation…), créer et mettre à jour des fiches fournisseurs Profil recherché : Minimum 3 ans d'expérience Très bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS Office) Anglais intermédiaire (niveau B2) Maîtrise de l'ERP idéalement SAP/SRM Bon niveau d’anglais Connaissance de la logistique et de la gestion des flux Rigueur, organisation et capacité à travailler en équipe LEADERSHIP AGILITY At Bacardi we care deeply about finding brilliant talent who can bring the following personal attributes to help elevate our 3Fs: Fearless, Family, Founder culture to the next level.
