SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES - Respond to costing requests from internal and external stakeholders - Analyze requests and define the time required to complete work, in collaboration with operational teams - If necessary, search for parts required for the work in the business tools - Draw up quotations in the business tool - Propose and negotiate commercial and technical offers, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and follow up where necessary - Receive and validate purchase orders and forward information to internal stakeholders - If necessary, draw up adjustment estimates - Contribute to t h e continuous improvement and optimization of technical proposals and costings (feedback, etc.) - Contribute to enriching the costing database - Analyze margin discrepancies between costing and work execution (standard times, parts, etc.), and alert where necessary - Participate in the monitoring of work-in-progress within its scope (meetings, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Ensure the quality and conformity of costings and estimates - Ensure the quality of data entered into business tools - Know and apply internal and external compliance rules and procedures PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) 2 years' higher education in a technical or commercial field and/or 2 years' experience preferred significant desired SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Business skills - General commercial knowledge (negotiation, customer relations, etc.) - Professional knowledge professional in the field technical (mechanical, electrical electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.) - General product knowledge (ranges, features, etc.) - Professional knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Advanced elementary level in English (A2) Behavioral skills - Good interpersonal skills - Active listening - Thoroughness - Analytical skills - Reactivity
