Responsibilities
Coordination and follow‑up of production and release of campaign elements for dior.Com.
Preparation and tracking of digital assets with internal graphic teams and external agencies (visual & video of the campaign, banners…).
Tracking production of product packshots, textures, colour swatches and delivery to central webmasters.
Managing operational requests from markets regarding animation plans, launch content and support of specific activations.
Supporting project leads in formalising launch strategy: defining launch kit, validating with marketing development teams and providing markets with associated content.
Briefing product launches and sharing assets with central webmasters to ensure timely and quality launch on dior.Com.
Post‑launch audits together with webmasters (testing, bug tracking…).
Benchmark: global competitive intelligence on latest competitor launches, sharing best‑practice and recommending innovation axes for Dior.
Analysis: performance of sales on dior.Com (revenue, traffic, product rank, conversion rate) and performance of product page sections (click‑through, exposure rate).
Qualifications
Master’s level in business school or equivalent.
Passion for cosmetics and luxury sector.
Interest in digital and e‑business issues, ideally with a first significant experience in this field.
Proactive, organised, rigorous, a proposer, open‑mind and looking for a responsible experience in a beautiful Maison where you will manage projects autonomously.
Results oriented and able to synthesise and analyse information.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Indispensable mastery of Microsoft Office, plus Google Analytics, Photoshop, Figma, JIRA and Content Square are a plus.
