🚀 We’re Hiring a Senior Engineering Manager – Oil & Gas! 🚀

Join a global leader in energy infrastructure! We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to take charge of large-scale oil & gas projects and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams with strategic vision and technical excellence.


📍Location: Europe (Relocation Assistance Available | Hybrid Work Possible)

🕒 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

🛢️ Sector: Oil & Gas – Onshore & Offshore Projects


Your Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level technical leadership and strategic guidance for major oil & gas projects.
* Supervise engineering operations from concept design through to commissioning.
* Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers.
* Ensure compliance with international safety, environmental, and technical standards (API, ASME, ISO).
* Oversee coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders.
* Support business development activities including tender reviews, feasibility studies, and client presentations.
* Track project KPIs and promote continuous improvement across teams.


Continuous Improvement:

* Identify performance gaps and lead efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
* Promote best practices in design execution, resource allocation, and team collaboration.


Project Support & Documentation:

* Ensure high-quality technical documentation and interface alignment across all phases of execution.
* Provide clear reporting and decision-making support to internal leadership and external partners.


What We’re Looking For:


🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Process, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent).


📋 Experience:

At least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.


🔧 Skills:

* Proven ability to lead complex EPC/EPCM projects.
* Strong knowledge of engineering codes, industry standards, and project management frameworks.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally as needed.
