An experienced Oracle Cloud Programme Manager is required to lead a large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP & SCM implementation for a client undergoing digital finance and supply chain transformation. This role involves high-level stakeholder management, third-party coordination, and programme governance.


Key Responsibilities

🔸 Own and manage relationships with the Systems Integrator, Oracle, and other vendors

🔸 Maintain budget control and oversee all programme-related spend

🔸 Deliver regular reporting into the Steering Committee, ensuring clear project visibility

🔸 Oversee critical workstreams including UAT, data migration, and training

🔸 Build and lead the integration team, ensuring timely and effective connectivity across systems


Key Skills Required

✅ Proven delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM programmes

✅ Experience managing resources, recruitment, and cross-functional delivery streams

✅ Expert-level stakeholder engagement and expectation management

✅ Strong background in third-party/vendor management

✅ Experience building and managing integration workstreams
