Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven intern to join our Revenue Management team. You will play a key role in measuring the financial and non-financial benefits of our recently implemented Revenue Management System (RMS). This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge analytics tools, work with large datasets, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

1. Dashboard Development: Design and build intuitive dashboards in Qlik to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RMS performance over 6 countries.

2. Ad-Hoc Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of RMS data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

3. Data Mining & Exploration: Utilize your Excel skills and knowledge of analytics tools to extract valuable insights from large datasets within the Qlik platform.

4. Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing your findings, and present them to key stakeholders and countries.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue Management team & countries to understand their needs and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

6. Education: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of undergraduate studies completed.

7. Skills:

Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation.

Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

Qlik (or similar BI tool): Experience with Qlik or a similar business intelligence platform is a plus.

IT-tools and/or coding language: Good knowledge of MS-Access and/or Python and/or R (coding language)

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
