Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.


MISSIONS

The Infra Site Supervisor's mission is to manage the site, in coordination with the Works Supervisor and the various trades. They must ensure construction works meet schedules and the commitments undertaken.


Core Responsibilities

* Team management: complete onboarding of employees, temporary staff and sub-contractors and verify authorizations (French Certificate of Fitness for Safe Driving (CACES)); present the building site, its challenges, risks and the construction works to be completed to employees; organize and plan the missions and the work of the teams; support teams’ professionalization and upskilling; encourage professional best practices and govern improper conduct.
* Building site preparation and installation: ensure availability and consistency of all building site administrative documentation; define and review construction works; establish schedules and operating procedures; communicate procedures and documentation; ensure equipment and materials are available; ensure signage and security devices are implemented; supervise acceptance, storage, and supplies; monitor construction progress.
* Building site handover: ensure completion of works, organize site withdrawal, participate in handover, and collect as-built data.
* Quality, Prevention, Security, Environment: ensure safety guidelines are followed; produce reports; ensure quality and security; manage environmental measures.
* Specific activities include pipe works, demolition/decontamination, rail works, earthworks, roads, and asphalt works, with detailed responsibilities for each.


Job Requirements

Significant experience as a Team Leader; necessary authorizations depending on the position; safety training standards; asbestos supervision authorization for decontamination site supervisor.


Work Environment

Reporting line: Works Supervisor. Internal: engineering consultants, support departments, team members. External: subcontractors, clients, suppliers, residents, service providers.

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous intégrez un BTS TP ou un BUT TP/Génie Civil en alternance l’année prochaine.

Curieux(se) et motivé(e), vous êtes intéressé(e) par les métiers des Travaux Publics ou du Génie Civil.
