A propos du poste :
The EB Brand Manager is part of the product strategy team working on one of the Exclusive house brands of the group Essilor Luxottica, distributed exclusively in the EssilorLuxottica retail network across EMEA, LATAM, US et APAC.
- Brand Strategy et Planning Support the Head of Marketing and Senior Brand Manager in implementing the global brand strategy. Contribute to the development of the annual and 3-year marketing plans, helping define brand objectives, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities.
- Campaign Development et Execution Support and contribute to the development of 360° global campaigns (offline et online), from storytelling to production, in line with the approved annual plan. Facilitate coordination of internal stakeholders (Creative Hub, product teams, etc.) and ensure timely delivery and excellence across all touchpoints (web, social, CRM, PR, retail, etc.).
- Toolkits et Market Support Develop campaign toolkits and guidelines for local markets, including visual merchandising, influencer marketing, social media, and CRM.
- Brand Identity et Consistency Support the team ensuring all communications reflect the brand's DNA and group guidelines. Provide clear support, tools, and materials to maintain consistency globally.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Trade Marketing, Coes' based in Milan HQ), to contribute to the alignment on strategy, product development, and legal compliance between all. Ensure effective coordination throughout key phases.
- Digital Brand Presence Supervise and contribute to the editorial calendars with global team, and coordinate execution with EL digital teams. Define social media conduct and oversee community management in collaboration with relevant teams. Be an active contributor to the management of the global brands websites, updating new campaign/ brand material every time it is necessary.
- Market et Trend Analysis Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform positioning, campaigns, and future strategy. Produce benchmarks and strategic insights regularly.
- Internal Engagement et Communication Inspire and engage internal stakeholders (GV et EL communities), provide impactful brand materials (presentations, visuals), and maintain strong communication through regular updates and meetings.Work closely with all key internal stakeholders including all communication channels and Product strategy teams to define et produce best-in-class brand training modules.
Profil recherché :
- Master degree in Marketing/Communication
- English business level as it is our working language.
- 3 years of experience in marketing/communication
- Retail experience is a plus
- Digital et Social skills are mandatory
- Agililty and highly adaptable to new environments
- Work in a multi cultural/ international environment; with a natural ability to embrace learning and develop through experience.
