Role Purpose
The Haute Couture Sales Director will be responsible for developing the private client sales strategy across Haute Couture - building and developing an exceptional client base
Responsibilities;
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the haute couture segment.
* Build exceptional relationships with current and new clients
* Showcase the exquisite collections
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
* Negotiate pricings
* Work closely with design and product teams to create outstanding pieces
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
* Travel where required to meet clients and discuss their unique needs
* Attend shows and industry events
* Give consistent feedback to seamstress and product teams
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Sales Director in the haute couture industry.
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* Strong business sense and industry expertise.
* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Must have a book of international contacts
