How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Air Liquide is developing and building new production sites. As part of these constructions, it is necessary to create the new sites in the GMAO tool. To do this, it is necessary to gather information from equipment in the mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, and water treatment domains to inject them into the GMAO. The Stagiaire Ingénieur Support will assist in creating the factories in the GMAO by working with manufacturer documents and structuring the equipment data to allow their implementation in the GMAO.

1 - Collecte des données techniques

1. Recueillir des données quantitatives et qualitatives liées aux équipements des nouvelles usines : équipements du domaine mécanique, électrique, instrumentation, traitement de l’eau.

2 - Analyse et structuration des données

1. Analyser les données collectées et les organiser de manière structurée.
2. Construction des fichiers de chargement prêts à être exploités.
3. Rédiger des rapports d’avancement.
4. Travail sur l’outil Google Sheet.

3 - Collaboration avec l’équipe

1. Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe pour partager les informations et proposer des axes d’amélioration.
2. Participer à des réunions d’équipe pour partager les résultats et discuter des prochaines étapes.

Compétences requises :

1. Formation en génie mécanique, électrique (Ingénieur, BTS, licence, master).
2. Connaissance des outils informatiques (Excel, Google Sheet...).
3. Bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
4. Bonne communication écrite et orale.
5. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
6. Capacité à lire et comprendre l’anglais.

Durée et localisation de la mission :

1. La mission se déroule sur une période de deux à trois mois. Le stagiaire sera basé à Bagneux (92).

Lors de cette mission, le stagiaire découvrira une entreprise industrielle reconnue, participera à un projet industriel d’envergure. Le stagiaire pourra acquérir des compétences sur la maintenance, les équipements industriels et le processus d’un site de production d'hydrogène.
