ENTER THE GAME

You will join the Data Analytics team, part of a larger Data team which also includes Data Science, Data Product Management and Product Analytics teams. The Analytics team mission is to grow the business by identifying critical insights and high value opportunities. You'll integrate a fast growing team of +40 passionate individuals tackling challenges of all sorts: from scaling marketing campaign analytics to building complex customer segmentations to predicting the outcome of the next football game

 

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

As a Senior Data Analyst specialized in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), you will be a pivotal element in the development, execution, and optimization of the MMM program to drive strategic decision-making and enhance our overall Marketing efficiency.

Your will leverage strong analytics skills combined with advanced business acumen in the media and marketing field to:

1. Enable the ingestion and interpretation of the different data sources, through exploratory analysis and hypothesis validation
2. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance based on model outputs and data analysis
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product management, to align strategies and objectives
4. Develop scenario planning for budget allocation to drive change management and impactful decision-making
5. Design and conduct tests to measure and enhance our acquisition performance

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

You should apply if:

6. You hold a Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Computer Science or equivalent from a top university
7. You have at least 5 years of Data Analytics experience
8. You are familiar with MMM methodologies, marketing and media KPIs, and attribution models.
9. You are "business minded" - you can make actionable and impactful recommendations
10. You are capable of managing projects independently with minimal guidance
11. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. You are proactive and autonomous in manipulating data (proficiency in SQL is essential)
13. You are familiar with at least one Data visualization tool
14. You want to grow and keep learning
15. You are agile and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment

17. You are aware of Git & versioning concepts

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

18. If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Joe to complete an online technical test, followed by a 30-minute HR pre-qualification
19. Next, you will have a technical interview via video call, covering SQL, Python, statistics, probability, analytics, and business sense
20. You will then have one week to complete an analytical Use Case and an AssessFirst test (personality, motivations, and reasoning)
21. After that, you will visit us in our offices to present your Use Case and meet Olivier – Senior Data Analytics Manager (your future manager), Iouri – Chief Data Officer, and a business stakeholder
22. During your visit to Bordeaux, you will also have a final HR interview, including a debrief on your AssessFirst test
