About the job
Pre-sales Solutions Architects are the primary technical contact for our clients' prospects and partners during the initial phases of their projects. They engage with technical contacts and C-level executives to build Scaleway architectures and resolve migration challenges. For the growing Partners program, in collaboration with the Partner Account Manager, PSA Partners will help structure and industrialize partner relationships. We seek individuals capable of developing positive relationships with partners, understanding their needs, and delivering cloud solutions that enable their success. Reporting to the Head of Solutions Architecture, your main responsibilities will include increasing customer acquisition through partner enablement and technical oversight, ensuring our partners are skilled enough to deliver Scaleway propositions. You will assist in answering client questions and delivering solutions during the discovery process with partners.
Profil recherché
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
* 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or Cloud Solutions Architect in a cloud environment, or equivalent experience with B2B customers
* Good knowledge of hyperscaler product offerings
* Experience in cloud development, migrations, container orchestration, or applications/servers
* Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code, Linux system administration, application development, or data center components
* Fluent in French and English
Additional responsibilities include:
* Serving as the technical liaison, collaborating with partner account managers, sales, marketing, and service teams to create customized presentations, demos, and proofs of concept
* Conducting partner training, validating certifications, and ensuring technical proficiency
* Participating in the partner sales process, handling and resolving technical questions during project initiation
* Engaging regularly with the partner community to present updates and maintain active relationships
* Learning from the field and sharing insights to improve products, solutions, and sales processes
* Elevating the storytelling to enable effective pitches to C-level executives and technical teams
* Deepening understanding of cloud markets, learning from competitors, and sharing knowledge with team members
