Afin d’accompagner notre forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Adjoint(e) au Responsable Transport en alternance. Sous la responsabilité de notre Transportation Manager, vous aurez pour mission principale le suivi et l’analyse des différents flux transport pour l’ensemble du groupe BIHR.

Vos Responsabilités

Suivi de la qualité de service et des coûts :


* Mettre à jour et suivre les indicateurs de qualité, coûts et litiges pour chaque unité de marché et chaque plateforme (échelle Européenne),
* Echanger régulièrement avec les transporteurs et avec nos services internes concernés,
* Articuler les performances par plateforme, transporteur, service, pays, région, etc.
* Analyser certaines métriques de façon approfondie (coûts, flux, délais, volumes),
* Contrôler la bonne facturation par nos transporteurs,
* Identifier les axes d’améliorations,
* Participer à l’élaboration d’appels d’offres Transport.

Processus Et Projets

* Maintenir à jour les données de notre TMS (Transportation Management System - SAP),
* Marchandises dangereuses : Comprendre les opportunités et contraintes de la réglementation pour notre entreprise,
* Construire et animer l’indicateur d’empreinte carbone,
* Documenter les processus du service Transport.

Votre Profil

* De formation Bac+3 à Master, vous disposez d’une première expérience réussie en entreprise et souhaitez prolonger votre formation par un contrat en alternance,
* Vous bénéficiez d’une grande rigueur et d’une forte capacité d’analyse,
* Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils Microsoft Office (Excel indispensable) avec des notions de Business Intelligence et bases de données (ex : Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL),
* Vous avez une forte appétence dans le domaine du transport-logistique (mondial),
* Vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon relationnel et êtes force de proposition,
* Un niveau Anglais B2 est souhaité (des notions d’Espagnol et/ou Allemand sont un plus).
