Head of procurement & sourcing (m/w)

Votre mission

Our client, an international industrial industrial mid-sized group operating in a regulated environment, is entering a phase of transformation and evolution of its European footprint. With several industrial sites in Europe, the company combines a pragmatic industrial culture with increasing challenges related to structuring and overall performance.
In this context, the group is seeking a Head og Procurement & Sourcing Global to lead and structure its purchasing and sourcing function at an international level.
The role involves defining and deploying the global sourcing strategy, securing supply chains in a multi-site environment, managing both direct and indirect procurement, and actively contributing to value creation and cost control. The Head of Global Sourcing also plays a key role in integration and harmonisation phases, working closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance teams, particularly in the context of product development, industrialisation and the evolution of the group’s scope.


Votre profil

You hold a higher education degree in engineering or business and have at least fifteen years of experience sourcing roles within international industrial environments. You have a proven track record in managing critical direct spend at global level, leading lean, multi-site organisations, and operating successfully in private equity contexts, transformation programmes or merger and integration situations.
You demonstrate a pragmatic, results-driven approach, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and recognised leadership in complex environments.
Fluency in English is essential; any additional language is a plus.
The position requires frequent international travel and a solid on-site presence, with the role anchored at one of the company’s European industrial sites.
