We are seeking a highly motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Account Manager to oversee and develop our client base in Southern Europe, consisting in Channel Partners and OEM. Region focus is Spain, Italy, Algeria and Mediterranean sea.
The role requires a deep understanding of the region’s business landscape, and will preferably be based in Spain or Italy, reporting to the Sales Director for South Europe based in France. You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing Channel Partners, driving new business development, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Dresser Utility Solutions is a premier provider of measurement, instrumentation, piping solutions, and over-pressure protection devices for the natural gas and utility markets, including water, gas, and electric sectors globally. Our extensive portfolio encompasses gas metering and volume correction devices, pipeline integrity solutions, pressure regulators, high-performance pressure relief devices, chemical injection pumps, and electric actuators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key channel partners clients in Southern Europe, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and convert leads into long-term clients
* Market Analysis: Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to position our products effectively in the defined region. Ensure the product portfolio is regionally certified
* Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Director to define and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the market
* Reporting: Track sales performance, report forecasts and opportunities in the CRM
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales peers, product managers and sales admin team, based in Germany
* Travel: Regular travel within the region for client visits and industry events
Qualifications:
* Fluency in Arabic and English, French would be a plus
* 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or account management role, ideally within the energy sector, gas industry
* Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Skilled negotiator with commercial and financial acumen
* Demonstrable initiative-taking and innovative problem-solving abilities
