Our client, a global relocation and assignment services provider is looking to hire an International Relocation Consultant to work remotely in France.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the international relocation process for assignees and their families from start to finish
* Gain an in depth understanding of the clients global mobility policies and programs
* Maintain regular communication with clients and assignees
* Coordinate international relocation services including relocation, destination services, household goods moving, visa and immigration, compensation and temporary accommodation
* Act as point of contact for escalations
* Deliver a high level of service to assignees throughout the relocation process
* Maintain systems, ensuring data integrity
* Handle VIP assignments
* Manage invoicing and expenses
* Work closely with third party vendors
Requirements:
* Around 2 years experience in International Relocation / Destination Services / Global Mobility / Assignment Management
* Strong working knowledge of Paris
* Fluent French & English language skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships with clients
* Can work efficiently to a high standard in a fast paced environment
* Excellent IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems
