Vitavea, a rapidly growing French health brand, is currently seeking a passionate and creative China Marketing and Operation Assistant to join our team. You will assist our Supply and Marketing Manager in operations for the Chinese market and support the development of the Vitavea brand in the Chinese e-commerce sector. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Marketing :
- PR Operation : Maintain positive relationships between Vitavea and public figures, such as celebrities and influencers. You will also BE responsible for hosting and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable brand visit for guests.
- Filming Support : Assist celebrities or influencers during video shoots or live streaming sessions, support interviews or appearances, and provide comprehensive on-site support. Ensure the smooth execution of video shoots from various aspects (materials, IT support, etc.).
- Material Preparation : Prepare and manage support and analysis materials related to marketing, including but not limited to product analysis, logistics supervision, background setup, lighting equipment, and brand display items.
- Social Media Content Creation : Assist in creating social media content for the company (writing video scripts, image editing, and basic video editing).
- New Media Appearance : Participate in on-camera shooting for the company's social media platforms.

Supply Main Responsibilities :

1. Supply Chain Operations : Assist in daily communication and coordination with the distributors in China and supply chain team in France, including procurement forecasts update, processing purchase orders, tracking payment settlements, monitoring logistics status, and addressing supply chain-related issues and challenges such as stockouts, supply delays, and quality issues, etc.

2. Inventory Management : Assist in monitoring the brand's local inventory, ensuring adequate yet reasonable stock levels, and promptly communicate with the distributor to adjust procurement and ordering plans to minimize inventory risks.

3. Custom Affaires : Assist in handling Cross-Border E-commerce customs affairs, such as collecting or updating product registration information for distributors and inspecting relevant export documents.

4. Data Analysis : Collect, organize, and analyze supply chain and E-commerce operation data in China, providing support and recommendations for decision-making.

5. Product Support : Assist in the launch of new products, including follow up procurement forecasts, tracking product delivery times, handling distributor feedback on products, and collecting consumer feedback on online stores and social media

PROFILE :
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in supply, media, communication, marketing, or related fields. Must BE able to provide a convention de stage (internship agreement).
- Language Skills : Native in in Chinese, excellent in English. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and the team.
- E commerce Enthusiast : A strong interest in e commerce, with a willingness to deeply explore and promote IT in your work.
- New Media Enthusiast : Interest in digital and new media, with the ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to new environments. Able to handle various challenges flexibly.
