Sur le périmètre Afrique Intertropicale, nous recherchons un Key Account Manager dynamique et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Le candidat retenu sera responsable de :
- Gérer et développer les relations avec les clients clés, en assurant leur satisfaction et leur fidélité.
- Identifier les opportunités de croissance et de développement des comptes existants.
- Assurer une pénétration maximale du marché des produits et services Ceva, via le développement et la mise en oeuvre du plan d'affaires et l'approche du compte.
- Favoriser le leadership de Ceva dans l'industrie par le développement de relations durables avec les clients et les parties prenantes clés.
- Remettre en question les croyances des clients afin d'induire des changements de comportement chez eux.

For our Africa business, we are looking
for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
The
successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Managing and developing relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop existing accounts.
- Ensure maximum market penetration of Ceva products and services, through the development and implementation of the business plan and account approach.
- Foster Ceva's leadership in the industry through the development of lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Challenge customers' beliefs to induce behavioral change.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a tailored response to customer needs.
Your
profile :
Profile :
Experience in Poultry 2 years min
Proven experience in key account management or sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Able to demonstrate the value of Ceva vaccines vs others via Product leadership & services
French & English langage : professional level
