I’m supporting one of the fastest-growing global IT services companies in sourcing a highly experienced and motivated SAP FICO Team Lead to join their award-winning SAP practice in Paris.


This is a key leadership role overseeing the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions in a complex, global environment.


Key Responsibilities:


* Lead the SAP FICO functional workstream and manage a small team of consultants
* Own end-to-end delivery of SAP FICO solutions (blueprinting, design, build, testing, deployment, support)
* Liaise with business stakeholders to understand finance processes and translate them into SAP solutions
* Act as the point of contact for all FICO-related issues and change requests
* Work closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) and other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.)
* Ensure solutions align with global templates and compliance standards
* Support ongoing improvement initiatives and system enhancements
* Conduct workshops, deliver documentation, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams


Requirements:


* 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including configuration and full lifecycle implementations
* Experience leading SAP FICO teams or workstreams on large-scale projects
* Strong knowledge of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, PCA, CCA, etc.)
* Good understanding of integration with SD, MM, and other SAP modules
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent in French & English
* Experience in multinational or consulting environments preferred
