1. Align IT Teams with the IT Vision & Strategy
Support the deployment of the IT vision and strategic priorities.
Develop content to enhance alignment and understanding across IT teams.
Engagement and adoption of IT strategy initiatives.
2. Support Key IT Initiatives & Change Management
Improve visibility and understanding of key IT transformation initiatives.
Create materials to simplify complex topics and drive engagement.
Collect feedback to enhance adoption and communication effectiveness.
3. Drive IT Employee Engagement & Events
Organize and support major IT Group events.
Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement with IT strategy.
