**Job Description:**

*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for Technical* Support (m/f) *to join our Maintenance Engineering Opérations (ME Ops) Department based in* Toulouse, France.*

You will join the Maintenance Engineering Operations (ME Ops) department as Technical Support within the Single Aisle Customer Line. From a hierarchical perspective, you will report to the Head of Maintenance Engineering Operations, and operationally to the Operations Leader.

* Your challenges:*
* Operational Technical Support: Guide production teams in interpreting manufacturing files and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM)
* ME Interface Management: Act as the single point of contact for processing modifications (RVP, S03) and routing updates within the workshop
* Non-Conformance Management: Technically analyze disputes (TLB, QLB, NC) and manage concessions to ensure compliance
* Tooling & Methods Mastery: Ensure the availability of critical tooling and drive corrective actions via digital tools
* Delivery Preparation: Secure key aircraft transfer milestones (Delivery, TAC) and lead continuous improvement initiatives (PPS)
* Your boarding pass:*
* Academic Backgroundin Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an aerospace production environment (Customer Line / FAL)
* Mandatory proficiency in blueprint reading and professional software (SAP, AirnavX, Airina, 3DJump, IBM)
* Analytical mindset, reactivity to production contingencies, customer focus, and proactivity
* Technical English (reading and writing aeronautical documentation)
