What will you do?
Responsible for the quality of the Investment Restriction activities delivered to clients and respect of the deadlines
Inputting the comments on the analysis and investigation performed in the system (ALTO).
Accountable for the respect of the Global and/or Local Rules & Procedures related with the production delivered
Breach classification: based on information available in ALTO and peripheral tools, determination if exception is breach (Active of passive) or not. Provide sufficient details to IR SME to ease the review and validation process
To understand clients and countries specificities in term of investment limits
As the first level of escalation point to act as delegate of Supervisor
To support on the UCITS control, impact calculation and reporting if production needs
As the technical specialist to provide support to the team on production related tasks, process enhancement and projects execution.
Nice-to-have
Strong Technical & financial knowledge of risk management environment, investment strategies & regulatory framework (UCITS Directives, ESMA guidelines, European national laws applicable to UCIs) & best market practices applicable in continental Europe
Strong knowledge of financial products & derivatives instruments
Expertise in financial instrument eligibility analysis (target funds, structured products, index, etc.)
Strong knowledge of cross location operations, systems & IT environment, Compliant to Rules & Procedures
