Missions
As we embark on this new chapter of growth, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Paris and be a part of our journey to transform the business phone system experience for our market worldwide.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in our sales team, focusing primarily on inbound leads. You'll handle incoming leads, qualify them and help our Account Executive guiding potential clients through the sales process, and showcasing the value of Ringover's solutions to drive conversions and foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsabilities :
- Process inbound leads from the UK, US, and Rest of the World. Are you ready to go global? ;)
- Transform calls to leads.
- Qualify leads
- Schedule appointments for our account executives
Working from Paris for the international market, you may be required to work occasional shifted hours (10 am - 7 pm).
Profil
Qualifications:
- First experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with calling experience
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and offer effective solutions.
- Highly motivated, with a passion for sales and a commitment to excellent customer service.
