Job Description

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Maintenance pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer activement à la performance de notre site.

À ce poste, vous serez responsable de la coordination des opérations de maintenance préventive et curative, en veillant au respect des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et des procédures internes. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec votre équipe pour garantir la fiabilité des équipements et la continuité de la production.

Vous serez force de proposition dans les projets techniques et d’amélioration continue. Votre expertise fera de vous un référent technique pour votre équipe, que vous accompagnerez dans le développement de ses compétences.

En tant que manager, vous assurerez le bon déroulement des interventions, le respect des standards qualité, sécurité et GMAO, tout en maintenant une communication fluide avec les autres services (production, logistique, qualité…). Vous réaliserez les entretiens annuels et évaluations, et veillerez à instaurer un climat de travail serein, rigoureux et équitable.

Vous suivrez les indicateurs de performance, les budgets de maintenance et les indicateurs 5S. Vous contribuerez à l’amélioration de l’organisation du service, en mettant en place des moyens pour fiabiliser les équipements et réduire les temps d’intervention.

Profil Recherché


* Formation Bac +2 en maintenance
* Expérience confirmée en management d’équipe
* Leadership naturel, autonomie, flexibilité, méthode et sens de l’organisation
* Maîtrise de l’anglais technique (lu, écrit, parlé)

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and actively contribute to our site's performance.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal procedures. You will work closely with your team to ensure equipment reliability and production continuity.

You will be a proactive contributor to technical and continuous improvement projects. Your expertise will make you a technical resource for your team, supporting them in their skills development.

As a manager, you will ensure the smooth running of operations and compliance with quality, safety, and CMMS standards, while maintaining fluid communication with other departments (production, logistics, quality, etc.). You will conduct annual reviews and evaluations and ensure a calm, rigorous, and fair work environment.

You will monitor performance indicators, maintenance budgets, and 5S indicators. You will contribute to improving the department's organization by implementing measures to ensure equipment reliability and reduce response times.

Required Qualifications

2-year post-secondary education in maintenance

Proven team management experience

Natural leadership, autonomy, flexibility, methodical approach, and organizational skills

Fluency in technical English (reading, writing, and speaking) and French speaking
